How each column is computed — Late: clock in after 9:00 AM. Undertime: clock out before 6:00 PM. Overtime: net paid hours beyond 8 per day. Night Diff: hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Break rule: the 2nd break (lunch) is deducted from the 9-hour duty; the 1st and 3rd breaks are free — 15 minutes each, paid — so only minutes beyond 15 on those breaks are deducted. Net paid hours already reflect that rule.
Schedule
Coverage counts the agents on duty each day. Days under 4 on duty are flagged. Only management can add, edit or delete shifts in this grid — agents can view the schedule, and if you need a different shift, use Swap requests instead. Swaps that both agents have agreed on get their final manager approval in Management.

How filing works
- 1File the request — the days are reserved against your allocation right away, so your remaining balance drops while it's pending.
- 2The manager reviews it in Management — every new filing starts as Pending and waits in the manager approval queue in Management . There are no approve buttons here in Leave. Vacation leave is best filed at least 7 days ahead.
- 3Once approved in Management, the days move to Used and show on your Daily Time Record. If the manager declines it, the reserved days go back to your balance. Cancel a pending request anytime to release the reserved days yourself.

How the deduction works: total hours start from the standard record (flat 1 hr lunch already off). Any break minutes beyond the allowance — 15 min for the 1st and 3rd breaks, 1 hr for lunch — are then deducted as overbreak, so a 72-minute lunch costs the extra 12 minutes on top of the standard hour.

How semi-monthly pay & the split deductions work — tap to view
- Semi-monthly cutoffs: 1st half = 1st–15th (payday on the 15th); 2nd half = 16th–month-end (payday on the last day of the month). February follows the same rule to month-end.
- Half-month basic = hourly rate × 8 hrs × working days in that half. The monthly basic is the hourly rate × 8 hrs × working days in the month. Gross pay (this cutoff) = half-month basic + this cutoff's overtime pay.
- Overtime split: the week's OT hours are split evenly across the two cutoffs, so the OT pay in each cutoff is half of the week's OT pay — the two cutoffs together equal the full OT amount.
- SSS (employee share, monthly): 5% of the monthly salary credit, credit capped at ₱35,000 — monthly maximum ₱1,750.00, so ₱875.00 per cutoff at the cap. Each cutoff deducts half of the monthly SSS.
- PhilHealth (employee share, monthly): 2.5% of monthly basic, salary floor ₱10,000 and ceiling ₱100,000. Each cutoff deducts half of the monthly PhilHealth.
- Pag-IBIG (employee share, monthly): 2% of monthly basic, capped at a ₱10,000 fund salary — monthly maximum ₱200.00, so ₱100.00 per cutoff at the cap. Each cutoff deducts half of the monthly Pag-IBIG.
- Withholding tax (TRAIN, monthly): computed on the full month first — monthly taxable income = monthly gross − monthly SSS − PhilHealth − Pag-IBIG. ₱0 up to ₱20,833; 15% of the excess over ₱20,833 up to ₱33,333; ₱1,875 + 20% of the excess over ₱33,333 up to ₱66,667; ₱8,541.67 + 25% over ₱66,667 up to ₱166,667; ₱33,541.67 + 30% over ₱166,667 up to ₱666,667; ₱183,541.67 + 35% over ₱666,667. Each cutoff then withholds half of the monthly tax, so the month as a whole is taxed exactly as in a monthly run.
- This 50/50 split is the standard semi-monthly practice: no deduction is taken twice, and the two paydays together equal one full monthly payroll. These are simplified rates — always verify against the official SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR tables before running a real payroll.
*Hours are the net hours after the overbreak deduction — shown for reference. The OT hours are split evenly across the two cutoffs, so each cutoff's OT pay is half of the week's OT pay. Net pay (this cutoff) = gross pay (this cutoff) − total deductions (this cutoff). Switch the pay period above to see the other half — the two halves add up to the full month.
13th-month pay
| Agent | Monthly basic | Months worked this year | 13th-month estimate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total 13th-month pay | — | — |
Tax note: under the TRAIN law, 13th-month pay and other bonuses are tax-exempt up to ₱90,000 combined per year — estimates below that cap are shown in full, tax-free. 13th-month pay is released separately from the monthly net pay above (on or before December 24) and is based on basic salary only — overtime doesn't count toward it.
Top Agents
How the Top Agent is picked: overall score blends CSAT (60%) and booked appointments (40%) from the CRM for the cutoff. Switch the leaderboard below to rank by satisfaction alone or bookings alone.
Leaderboard
| Rank | Agent | Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) | Booked Appointments | Calls | 5-Star | Score |
|---|
CSAT is the % of customers who rated service 4–5 stars after a call/chat. Booked Appointments counts confirmed appointments set in the CRM.
